Once you have added your items to the cart, go to payment. Here, you will find a field where you can enter your discount code.

If the discount code does not work, it may be because it does not apply to sale items, our recurring styles, or leather products. If you are unsure, you are always welcome to contact our customer service.

If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact webshop@lollyslaundry.com as soon as possible – and we will do our best to assist you. Please note, it is not possible to make changes once you have received your shipping confirmation.

If you haven't received your Lollys Laundry order confirmation, it is most likely due to a typo in your email address. Please contact us so we can correct it for you.

If you have not received your Lollys Laundry order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us as soon as possible at webshop@lollyslaundry.com, and we will contact with the shipping company to locate your order.

If you have placed your order on a weekday before 13:00, it will usually be shipped the same day. During busy periods with sale or similar, we do our best to ship your order within 1-2 business days. The amount for your order will be deducted when your order has been shipped. You will receive an email directly as soon as your order has been shipped.

Your order from the webshop will usually be shipped within 1-2 days. However, during sale or other busy periods, processing times may be longer.

If you have chosen delivery to a parcel shop, you have 7 calendar days to pick up your package. If it is not collected within this period, it will automatically be returned to us. Please make sure to pick up your package as soon as possible.

If you are unable to collect your package within the 7 calendar days, please contact us immediately – we will do our best to find a solution.

All orders to the UK are shipped via GLS private or business delivery (cost: 15 €). We dispatch orders twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email.

Delivery time is typically 7-10 business days from the dispatch date. However, due to Brexit, shipping may take longer than usual. Please note that your tracking number will only activate after your shipment clears UK customs.

If you are missing a track & trace number, please contact our customer service.

You have the right to cancel your order and return your items within 30 calendar days from the day after you receive your order. The product must be in its original packaging with all original labels intact.

Returns are at your own expense. We recommend sending your return with a trackable track & trace number and keeping your postage receipt as proof of shipment.

🚨 Important: Parcels delivered to a parcel shop or pick-up point instead of the address above will not be collected and will be returned to the customer.

If you have unfortunately received the wrong item/order or a defect product, please contact us at webshop@lollyslaundry.com as soon as possible with your full name and order number – we will guide you on the next steps.

Additionally, please take photos of the defect item (showing the damage) or the incorrect order (including the order slip and product) and attach them to your email.

We currently do not offer exchanges through our webshop. If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the current item and placing a new order for the desired style.

Once we have received and approved your return, your refund will be processed to the payment card you used for your purchase.

However, if the item is damaged or has lost value, a deduction may be applied to the refunded amount.

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you paid with Mastercard, processing times may be longer.
