If you want to cancel your order or change it, please contact webshop@lollyslaundry.com as soon as possible - and we will do our best to help you.
If you have placed your order on a weekday before 13.00, it will usually be dispatched the same day. In busy periods with sales or the like, we do our best to ship your order within 3 - 5 business days. The amount for your order will be deducted when your order is shipped. You will receive an email directly from the shipping company as soon as your order has been shipped.
If you have not received your Lollys Laundry order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us as soon as possible at webshop@lollyslaundry.com, and we will, together with the shipping company, try to locate your order. However, it can take up to 10 working days before your order is located.
If you have regrettably received an incorrect product/order or a defective style, please contact us at webshop@lollyslaundry.com as soon as possible with your full name and order number - we will then guide you further.
You must also take some pictures of the defective item (of the damage) or wrong order (the order form and the product) and attach it to the email.
We do not offer exchanges. If you want a new item, please return your item and then place a new order for the desired style.
However, you can exchange for another item in one of our flagship stores. Please note, however, that you cannot return your product and get money back in our physical stores - if you want this, you can simply go to the section on 'How do I return an item?'
After you have added your desired items to the basket, press 'proceed to payment'. Here there will be a field in which you can redeem your discount code.
If you have ordered delivery in the parcel shop, you have 7 calendar days to collect your parcel. If it takes more than 7 days, the package will automatically be sent back to us, so make sure you collect your package as soon as possible!
If you are prevented from collecting the package within the 7 calendar days, contact us immediately - then we will do our best to solve this!
Once we have received and approved your return, you will be refunded to the payment card you used to make your purchase. However, there are exceptions with deduction of the amount you are liable for if the item has been damaged or has lost value in some other way.
Please note that it can usually take up to 10 business days before you can see the refund. If you have used MasterCard it might take longer.
