We offer a 30 day return policy on items purchased from our webshop.
The items must be unused and returned with all original tags and hangtags intact.
You can easily register your return through our online return portal.
How to return your order
- Register your return
Visit our return portal HERE.
Use your order number (e.g. #COM2030000) and your email address.
Choose your return reason and follow the steps. You will receive your label in the final step and by email. - Pack your return
You are welcome to reuse your Lollys Laundry bag. Please remember ro remove or cover old labels.
The item must be unused and with all price tages attached. Please include the packing slip from your order, or add a small note with your name and order number. - Drop off your package
Hand in your package at the nearest parcel shop (DHL, GLS, UPS or Bring, depending on your country, please see label).
Please remember to keep your receipt.
Once we have received and processed your return, your refund will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We offer return labels for the countries listed below.
If you use the return label from us, the following return fee for label and handling will be deducted from your refund.
- 🇩🇰 Denmark with GLS: 5 €
- 🇸🇪 Sweden with Bring: 8 €
- 🇩🇪 Germany with DHL: 7 €
- 🇦🇹🇱🇺🇳🇱🇧🇪 Austria, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Belgium: 9 €
- 🇫🇷🇮🇪 France & Ireland: 12 €
How to make an exchange
If the size does not fit, you can easily exchange your item through our return portal.
Simply follow the same steps as for a return. Once you have selected your return reason, you will have the option to exchange the item for a different size.
You can also see whether your preferred size is currently in stock.
When creating an exchange, you will be asked to pay for the new item. This allows us to ship your replacement immediately, so you do not have to wait for your return to arrive at our warehouse.
Once your returned item has been received and processed at our warehouse in Denmark, the original item will be refunded to your payment method. Please check the tracking information to see whether your parcel has been delivered in Denmark.
The advantage of choosing an exchange is that you receive free shipping on your new item, and no return fee will be deducted from the item you are sending back.
After registering your exchange, you will receive a return label to use when sending your item back to us. You will also receive a tracking number as soon as your new item is on its way.
Please note that the exchange may be cancelled if the item is no longer in stock. In that case, the return will be processed as a regular return and the amount will be refunded.
Countries not listed above
If your country is not listed above, you can still register your return through our return portal but you will need to arrange the return of your package yourself.
Please send your package to the below address and add your packing slip or a note with your name and order number.

Pls. note:
Do not send your package to a parcel shop or pick-up point, as we will not be able to collect it and the parcel will automatically be returned to you.

If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact our customer service at webshop@lollyslaundry.com.
Please provide your order number and attach a short description along with photos of the issue, so we can help you as quickly as possible.
