Returns & Exchanges
You have the right to cancel your order and return your items within 30 days from the day after you received your package. Items must be unused and returned in original condition with all hangtags and labels attached.
Pls. note All returns are at your own expense
However, if you live in one of the countries below, you can use our return portal to generate a return label. It makes the return process smoother and more affordable for you. Please note that return labels are currently only available for selected countries.
How to use the return portal
1. Register your return
Go to our Returnportal and enter your order number (e.g. #20200000) and the email address you used when placing the order.
2. Get your return label
Select the reason for your return. You will then receive a return label by email. Please check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive. You will need a printer to print the label.
3. Drop off your parcel
Bring your parcel to the nearest drop-off point (DHL, GLS or similar depending on country). Remember to keep the drop-off receipt as proof of return.
If you use our return label, the following amount will be deducted from your refund:

If your country is not listed above, you can still register your return in our return portal. You will not receive a label, but you will get the return instructions and can track your return process.
Important info for all returns:

Always keep your postage receipt as proof of return.

We strongly recommend using a service with track & trace.

Do not send your package to a parcel shop or pick-up point — we won’t be able to collect it.

Refunds will be processed within 2-7 business days after we receive your return. Please note that it may take a few additional days before the amount is visible in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Items returned in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded, or depending on the condition we may deduct a partial amount from your refund.

We don’t offer exchanges. If you need another item, please place a new order.

Important Info: PARCELS DELIVERED TO A PARCEL SHOP INSTEAD OF THE BELOW ADDRESS WILL NOT BE PICKED UP AND THEY WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER.
