Our E-Gift cards are purchased online and are only used online. You select the amount on the Lollys E-Gift card yourself. Please note that the amount or currency cannot be changed after the purchase has been completed.

Your order is usually dispatched the same day if placed before 1 pm. During busy periods and weekends, processing times may be longer, but we always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Returns:
If you wish to return or exchange an item, you can easily do so via our return portal. Please note that return labels are currently only available for selected countries.
- You can return items within 30 days
- Refunds are typically processed within 2–7 days after receipt
- Claims: Contact webshop@lollyslaundry.com
- Exchanges: Register the return in the return portal and place a new order

All Christmas gifts purchased between 1 November and 24 December can be returned or exchanged until 31.01.26.
