Your order is usually dispatched the same day if placed before 1 pm. During busy periods and weekends, processing times may be longer, but we always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Your order is packed and shipped with care and can be tracked from the moment it leaves our warehouse. Below you can find all shipping prices and free delivery thresholds for each country. Delivery charges are added on top of the product price and vary depending on your shipping destination.

All orders are handled by trusted carriers and include full tracking for a safe and reliable delivery.

Please note: Christmas is just around the corner, and shipping carriers are extra busy in December. We therefore recommend placing your Christmas orders in good time. See the estimated Christmas cut off dates and last order dates on our Christmas information page here.✨🎄

SHIPPING COSTS

DELIVERY TIME

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1 pm on the same day. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but usually within 1 to 2 business days. All delivery times are indicative, and you can track your parcel using the link provided in your shipping confirmation.

PRICES

EU Customers: 

Danish VAT is included in all orders within the EU. No additional import fees will be added upon delivery, as VAT is already included at checkout.

UK and Norway:

Prices are shown including VAT, and no import fees will be charged upon delivery. Orders are dispatched twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your parcel has been shipped.

For the UK, the delivery time is typically 7-10 business days from the dispatch date. Please note that your tracking number will only activate once the shipment has cleared UK customs.

Switzerland, Lichtenstein and US: 

Prices for are shown without VAT at checkout. Local VAT, import duties, and customs fees may be applied upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

GENERAL NOTE:

We reserve the right to cancel an order if delivery charges to remote areas exceed a certain amount.
