Dispatch and tracking
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1 pm, Danish local time, on the same business day. During busy periods, please allow 1–2 business days for processing.
You will receive an email with the tracking information when your order is on its way. Delivery times are estimates and start from dispatch.
UK and Norway
Orders are dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays. VAT and import fees are included, with no additional charges upon delivery.
UK delivery usually takes 7–10 business days from dispatch. Tracking becomes active after your parcel clears UK customs.
Taxes and import fees
For EU orders, VAT is included and no import fees apply.
For Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the USA, checkout prices exclude VAT. Local taxes, duties and customs fees may apply and are paid by the customer.
Remote areas
We may need to cancel orders to remote areas with unusually high shipping costs. If this affects your order, we’ll contact you.
