Shipping – fast and secure:

• 2–10 business days delivery (depending on your location)
• Delivery with trusted carriers (DHL, GLS, UPS, Bring or Fedex)

Your order is usually dispatched the same day if placed before 1 pm. During busy periods and weekends, processing times may be longer, but we always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Returns:

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you can easily do so via our return portal. Please note that return labels are currently only available for selected countries.

• You can return items within 30 days
• Refunds are typically processed within 2–7 days after receipt
• Claims: Contact webshop@lollyslaundry.com
• Exchanges: Register the return in the return portal and place a new order
