When you shop at lollyslaundry.com, lollyslaundry.de or lollyslaundry.uk (hereinafter referred to as "the website", "website" and "webshop"), you are buying from the Danish-registered company LOLLYS LAUNDRY ApS (hereinafter referred to as "Lollys Laundry", "us", "we" and "our”) and therefore automatically accept the following terms and conditions of sale. ("Terms and Conditions"). "Item" refers to the item(s) in the order you place.
The terms and conditions of sale are formulated below for – and apply exclusively to – consumer purchases. Sales to other companies, Wholesale and B2B Sales are made in accordance with other terms and conditions than those specified herein. Contact webshop@lollyslaundry.com to find out more.
1. Placing an Order
1.1 Ordering
You place an order by completing the following steps:
- Find your desired item.
- Choose the size and click "Add to cart," then proceed to checkout.
- Enter your name, address, mobile number, and email, and accept the terms and conditions of sale.
- Confirm your order.
- Select the delivery type.
- Complete payment.
Important note: After placing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation from us confirming that we have received your order. The automatic order confirmation is not a final acceptance of the purchase. A binding agreement is only concluded once your order has been shipped and you receive a shipping confirmation.
In rare cases, an item you have ordered may be out of stock. If this happens, you will be contacted by email or phone. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
1.2 Incorrect Information
Before placing your order, please review your order carefully. Make sure to check your selected delivery method, payment method and the address you have entered.
If you have entered incorrect information, contact us as soon as possible at webshop@lollyslaundry.com and we will do our best to assist.
Please note that Lollys Laundry cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses and does not cover the costs of reshipping orders due to incorrect information entered at checkout.
1.3 Payment
We accept VISA/Dankort, EURO/MASTERCARD, VISA/Electron, KLARNA, MAESTRO, PayPal and Webshop Gift Cards (more information in sections 2.1 and 2.2).
Your payment will only be charged once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately.
The money is reserved on your card or account until:
- We deduct the amount when we send the item, or
- The money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.

1.4 Prices, VAT and import fees
EU customers
All prices include 25% Danish VAT. No additional import fees will be charged upon delivery, as VAT is already included at checkout.
UK and Norway
Prices are shown including VAT, and no import fees will be added upon delivery.
Orders are dispatched twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and you will receive a confirmation email once your parcel has shipped.
For the UK, delivery normally takes 7–10 business days from the dispatch date. Tracking will activate once the parcel has cleared UK customs.
US, Switzerland and Liechtenstein
Prices are shown without VAT at checkout. Local VAT, customs duties and import fees may be applied upon delivery depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. For more details, please contact your local customs office.
2. Gift Cards
2.1 Purchase of Gift Cards
We offer sales of gift cards for use on the website ("Webshop Gift Cards"). The E-Gift Card can be used for three years from the date of purchase.
Please note that E-Gift Cards can only be used on our webshop and not in physical stores. You can choose to buy a digital E-Gift Card, which you will receive by email. E-Gift Cards come with no additional fees. You can use multiple E-Gift Cards to pay for the same order, and they can also be combined with discount codes and promotions.
2.2 Validity of Gift Cards
Webshop Gift Cards are active and can be used for three years from the date of purchase.
3. Shipping & Delivery
3.1 Prices
We are shipping to most countries, if you want to know, whether we ship to your country, you can read more under delivery.
3.2 Specifically about delivery when buying a Webshop Gift Card
Free Delivery does not apply to purchases or combined purchases of Webshop Gift Cards, unless your order exceeds the free shipping threshold exclusive of your Webshop Gift Card purchase. If your Webshop Gift Card purchase does not exceed the free shipping threshold of your country, payment must therefore be made for delivery regardless of delivery method, cf. 3.1
3.3 Delivery Times
To the extent possible, orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days and orders placed before 13:00 (GMT+1) are usually shipped the same day. Note that longer processing times may occur during e.g. sales, promotions, holidays, etc. Should the matter be particularly urgent, you are always welcome to contact our customer service, and we will try to help you as best we can.
Standard delivery: 2–7 business days
UK delivery: 7–10 business days

3.4 Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was not collected, you will be responsible for covering the return costs imposed by the shipping provider. For reshipping, additional delivery charges will apply.
3.5 Parcel Shops
Delivery providers may redirect parcels to an alternative parcel shop due to capacity issues.
4. Right of Cancellation
4.1 Terms of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving the item without giving any reason.
The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the item, or 30 days after the day on which the item is delivered to a collection point selected by you at the time of purchase.
If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation after receiving your order, you can easily register your return through our return portal and send the item back to us.
If you wish to cancel your purchase before the order has been dispatched, you may submit a cancellation request through your customer account here. Once we have reviewed your request, the order will be cancelled provided it has not yet been processed for shipment.
4.2 Effects of Cancellation
If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to exercise your right of cancellation. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned item or you have provided proof that the item has been returned, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed.
If you use our return label, the applicable return and handling costs described in our Return Policy will be deducted from your refund.
4.3 Partial Cancellation
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you may return one or more items even if they were purchased as part of the same order. Please note that delivery costs will not be refunded if you only cancel part of your purchase.
4.4 Return of Goods
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must register your return through our return portal within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition with all original labels and hangtags attached. If the item has diminished in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the loss in value.
You are responsible for the item until it has been received at our warehouse. We therefore recommend that you keep proof of postage and any tracking information.

4.5 Right of cancellation of Webshop Gift Cards
You may cancel the purchase of a Webshop Gift Card within 30 days from the date of purchase. However, the right of cancellation expires if the gift card has already been used, either fully or partially.
You are also entitled to request a payout of the remaining value of your Webshop Gift Card in accordance with applicable payment legislation. The value may be paid out during the validity period of the gift card and for up to one year after its expiry.
In connection with such a payout, we reserve the right to charge a fee corresponding to the costs associated with the redemption of the gift card.
5. Returns
You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must register your return through our return portal within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition, with all original labels and hangtags attached.
For most shipping destinations, you can register your return through our return portal. A return label will be provided and the applicable return and handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Further information can be found in our Return Policy.
If your country is not eligible for a return label through our return portal, you may still register your return online, but you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment to our warehouse in Denmark.
Important information for all returns:
• Always keep your proof of postage as documentation for your return.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
• Do not send your parcel to a parcel shop or collection point, as we will not be able to collect it. The parcel will be returned to the sender.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and process your return. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days before the refund appears in your account.
Items returned in a non-saleable condition may be subject to a reduction in the refund amount corresponding to the loss in value.

Please include your name and order number inside the parcel.
Exchange
If the size does not fit, you can register an exchange through our return portal.
When registering an exchange, you can select an alternative size and check whether it is currently in stock.
To secure availability and allow immediate dispatch of the replacement item, payment for the new item is collected when the exchange is created. Once your returned item has been received and processed at our warehouse, the original item will be refunded to your original payment method.
Exchanges are free of charge. No return fee will be deducted from the returned item, and shipping of the replacement item is provided at no additional cost.
After registering your exchange, you will receive a return label where available for your country, together with instructions for returning the original item. You will also receive tracking information once the replacement item has been dispatched.
Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is no longer available, the exchange may be cancelled and the returned item will instead be processed as a standard return and refunded in accordance with our Return Policy.
6. Right of Complaint
All goods are covered by the Sale of Goods Act's rules on 24-month right of complaint. The right of complaint means that, as a customer, you can complain about errors and defects in the Item which have occurred within 24 months of purchase. The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear that has occurred due to improper use, lack of maintenance or ordinary wear and tear. In the event of a complaint, errors and defects, or non-delivery, please contact us directly on +45 3581 5000 or via email at webshop@lollyslaundry.com.
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the error has been discovered, the complaint will always be considered timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will naturally refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

When you return the Item, please state a reason for the return, as it facilitates our processing and minimises the processing time. If your invoice has been lost, please provide your customer number, and if possible, your order number.
6.2 Where you can complain
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, please contact webshop@lollyslaundry.com. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can send a complaint to the EU Commission’s online complaints portal.
7. Disclaimers & Disputes
- All transactions are governed by Danish law.
- In case of disputes, the EU Commission’s online complaints portal can be used.
8. Processing of Personal Data
We register and pass on the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the item to you, including name, address, telephone number, email address, as well as information about your delivery method, order and technical information.
The personal information is registered with Lollys Laundry ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies exclusively process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries able to sufficiently protect your information.

You are always welcome to contact us at webshop@lollyslaundry.com if you have questions about our personal data policy or believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you. If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obligated to delete your personal data if you request it. For example, this may be the case if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it, cf. the personal data policy.

The cookie policy takes precedence over any similar provisions in other agreements between Lollys Laundry and you, including in the Terms and Conditions.
